• Develop communication skills training for special education staff
• Deliver specialized reading instruction workshops
• Implement culturally responsive and trauma informed practices training
• Conduct full-day and partial-day professional development workshops
• Document all training with attendance verification
• Provide materials for all training sessions
• Participate in bi-monthly meetings with District personnel
• Attend CSE meetings as requested
• Support special education staff with evidence-based practices
