• Duly qualified to provide Medicaid management services
• Experience with developmentally disabled and behavioral disorder students
• Experience with diverse populations including limited English Proficiency
• Possession of required certifications/licenses for all staff
• Ability to participate in bi-monthly meetings and CSE meetings

• Manage electronic health record systems
• Submit billable services for Medicaid reimbursement
• Ensure compliance with medical justifications for services
• Provide program management and technology services
• Train new staff on electronic health record systems
• Provide compliant records storage and backup services
• Conduct periodic audits of provider productivity
• Verify completion of all notes and records
• Attend bi-monthly meetings with District personnel
• Participate in CSE meetings as requested
