- Provide program management and technology services
- Train new staff on electronic health record systems
- Provide compliant records storage and backup services
- Conduct periodic audits of provider productivity
- Verify completion of all notes and records
- Attend bi-monthly meetings with District personnel
- Participate in CSE meetings as requested
