Buyer seeks an Employee Assistance Program provider for approximately 1,800 benefit-eligible employees and 950 retirees. The program includes mental health counseling, legal/financial services, critical incident response, and family support resources. Buyer requires up to 6 sessions per presenting issue and 40 hours per year for crisis intervention services. The contract will begin January 1, 2026 with a minimum 36-month rate guarantee.

- Provide DOT substance abuse professional referrals
- Deliver supervisor consultation and training
- Supply management utilization reporting
- Offer legal services and estate guidance
- Provide financial counseling services
- Offer childcare/eldercare/family support resources
- Deliver online health and wellness educational tools
