Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority

Buyer seeks qualified IT services provider to support daily operations for staff and contractors. Services include maintaining computing infrastructure, managing cloud services, and providing help desk support. Buyer requires provider to have experience with public agencies handling large projects and be physically present at offices regularly. Contract term is approximately 24 months with possible extension.

• Experience working with one or more public agencies that regularly handle projects larger than $100M

• Provide 24/7 IT services to staff and contractors (20-75 users)
• Maintain on-premise and off-premise network infrastructure and firewalls
• Manage Microsoft cloud services including Office 365, Project, and Visio
• Design and maintain custom Document Logging system using Microsoft SharePoint
• Support document control searches and legal compliance reviews
• Configure mobile devices for email and network VPN access
• Coordinate with third-party application developers and service providers
• Implement document/data retention policies through SharePoint 365 and OneDrive
• Manage anti-virus deployments and security updates
• Be physically present at Authority offices and meetings regularly
