Buyer seeks to establish a statewide care coordination training program for organizations providing services to youth and families under Mental Health Case Management. The program will provide training, technical assistance, and outreach to care coordination organizations to ensure quality case management services as defined by COMAR 10.09.90. Services include developing online training modules, providing certification tracking, maintaining a public-facing website, and conducting regular engagement activities with CCO supervisors.

• Must be a social organization or government agency/public college/university
• Nonprofit organizations must have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
• Two years experience providing services in scope of work
• Must provide three attestation letters from community partners

• Develop online training modules for care coordinators and supervisors
• Provide CANS assessment tool training and certification tracking
• Create and maintain public-facing website with program resources
• Hold regular meetings with CCO supervisors for technical assistance
• Facilitate outreach and engagement activities to promote awareness
• Maintain data collection system to track training efficacy
• Evaluate CCO staff satisfaction with trainings biannually
• Develop continuing education units approval for selected trainings
• Conduct marketing of training opportunities to CCOs
• Submit quarterly and annual reports on program activities
