• Convert a five-way intersection to a four-way intersection with upgraded signals
• Design a bridge overlook park with multiuse trail
• Perform subsurface investigation and geotechnical engineering evaluations
• Prepare interim and final structural and traffic maintenance plans
• Develop right-of-way mapping and utility coordination
• Conduct constructability review of structural plans
• Prepare LRFR bridge load ratings for new bridges
