Buyer seeks professional IT services and on-site help desk staffing for their charter school. The contract includes technology consulting, implementation, system support, help desk staffing, project management, and installation services. Buyer is finding it difficult to find qualified technology staff and needs temporary services with possible conversion to employee status. The contract will be for one year with option to renew annually up to four years.

• Experience with schools or educational institutions
• New Mexico operations experience preferred
• Ability to provide background-checked staff
• Capability to provide multiple service categories
• Required insurance coverage including professional liability

• Provide technology consulting services
• Implement IT systems and solutions
• Deliver ongoing system support
• Staff on-site help desk with qualified personnel
• Manage technology projects
• Install technology equipment and systems
• Ensure staff passes background checks for student access
• Maintain security compliance with educational data standards
• Provide IT expertise for charter school operations
• Facilitate possible conversion of contracted staff to employees
