• Resident Engineer must be a California licensed Professional Civil Engineer
• Resident Engineer needs 10 years construction management experience
• Civil Inspector requires 7 years inspection experience
• Electrical Inspector requires 7 years inspection experience
• Team must have knowledge of Caltrans Local Assistance requirements

• Serve as Resident Engineer for school safety improvement construction
• Provide construction inspection and quality control services
• Manage material testing and verification
• Monitor stormwater compliance and environmental requirements
• Coordinate with utilities, transit agencies, and stakeholders
• Review and approve contractor submittals and RFIs
• Manage project documentation and records per Caltrans standards
• Administer construction contract with federal funding requirements
• Negotiate and process change orders
• Prepare as-built plans and project closeout documentation
