- Plan for stormwater and wastewater management improvements
- Design traffic flow for 5,000-10,000 annual customers
- Create spaces for recycling/reuse of multiple material types
- Provide construction administration services
- Demolish fuel island and abate underground storage tanks
- Design building improvements for resource recovery operations
- Develop material handling systems for 2,300 tons annually
- Comply with Mississippi River Critical Area requirements
