Buyer seeks to procure a Leaf Vac for the Parks Department. The contract will be for a 1-year term. Sealed bids must be submitted by the due date and will be publicly opened. Buyer reserves the right to reject any and all bids and award the contract based on what is deemed in the best interest of the City.

• Must be licensed to do business in Massachusetts
• Cannot be debarred by U.S. government or Massachusetts
• Must comply with anti-discrimination requirements
• Must demonstrate ability and experience in relevant work
• Must maintain appropriate insurance coverage

• Supply leaf vacuum equipment to Parks Department
• Ensure equipment meets all specifications and requirements
• Provide Material Safety Data Sheets for any toxic substances
• Deliver equipment within specified timeframe
• Provide warranty and service information
• Furnish operation and maintenance manuals
• Comply with Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law if applicable
• Submit weekly payroll records if required
• Maintain harmonious labor relations throughout contract period
• Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations
