Buyer is seeking a One Stop Operator to coordinate operations of federally funded employment and training programs. The contractor will convene Mandated Partners to discuss system coordination, customer engagement, system performance and continuous improvement. Services will be provided in Broome and Tioga counties with focus on enhancing participants' employability and technology skills.

- Must be eligible entity as specified in RFP
- Convene meetings of mandated partners 4 times per year
- Facilitate discussions on system coordination and customer engagement
- Monitor system performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports on partner relations and performance metrics
- Coordinate delivery of required one-stop partners' services
- Document partner engagement through meeting minutes and reports
- Ensure compliance with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requirements
- Provide updates on Common Measures and Customer Service Indicators
- Implement strategies to enhance participants' employability skills
- Collaborate with local workforce development organizations
