Buyer seeks a contractor to design and deliver professional learning to K-12 educators in North Dakota Comprehensive Literacy Improvement through Measured Building Systems (ND CLIMBS) grantee schools. The project aims to facilitate learning and improvement cycles for literacy instruction across 49 school buildings with potential for 10 additional sites. Buyer requires support for both existing instructional coaches and schools without coaches to implement literacy improvement. Services include identifying professional learning needs, facilitating network improvement groups, and providing differentiated support for educators.
