Buyer seeks to procure the services of a professional hazard mitigation consulting firm to update their current Hazard Mitigation Plan. The project requires identifying changes needed to the existing plan, updating risk assessments for hazards, and developing strategies. The contractor must document newly identified hazards, update occurrences, and inventory existing infrastructure in hazard areas. Buyer will evaluate proposals based on corporate experience, staff qualifications, and methodology.

• Project manager with 10+ years experience in complex project management
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning or construction management
• Professional license or certification in relevant field
• Proficiency in project management software
• Ability to communicate effectively and meet schedules

• Update the planning process documentation
• Identify all changes needed to the existing plan
• Improve the risk assessment for identified hazards
• Document newly identified hazards and update occurrences
• Update inventory of existing and proposed buildings in hazard areas
• Include NFIP repetitive loss structures in assessment
