- Prepare comprehensive cost estimate with phased approach.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consultants.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and historical preservation requirements.
- Attend design review meetings with the City.
- Incorporate existing conditions from pre-proposal site visit.
- Develop construction documents suitable for permitting.
- Create technical specifications using CSI MasterFormat.
