Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide strategic consulting and ongoing support for its Blackbaud Enterprise CRM (BBCRM) environment. The firm will work closely with buyer's Office of Development and Alumni Relations team to ensure optimal performance, continuous improvement, and effective use of BBCRM. Services include system optimization, customization support, data management, ongoing maintenance, training, and security protocols.

• Minimum 5 years' experience with BBCRM in higher education
• Experience as Blackbaud Partner or in Blackbaud Marketplace preferred

• Provide strategic BBCRM consulting and optimization for donor management
• Deliver customization and configuration support for existing systems
• Guide data integration and maintain data integrity practices
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for system performance
• Develop and implement system updates and optimizations
• Provide staff training on BBCRM functionality and system maintenance
• Ensure data security and confidentiality protocols
• Recommend risk mitigation strategies for potential security concerns
• Create documentation for effective knowledge transfer
• Align DAR business processes with BBCRM capabilities
