The facility requires new ownership as buyer lacks financial and management capacity to continue operations. The successful broker will develop strategies for disposition to a qualified entity while maintaining the facility's mission of service.

• Licensed to market and sell real property in Illinois
• Three years experience working with public or not-for-profit entities
• Prior experience with sale of long-term care facilities
• Provide proof of insurance coverage upon request

• Collection of necessary data for potential buyers
• Development of marketing collateral for the nursing home
• Develop sale strategies in cooperation with County Board
• Solicitation of proposals from qualified entities
• Qualification of bidders submitting proposals
• Evaluation of submissions per established criteria
• Negotiation of the transaction with potential buyers
• Provision of market data to support decision-making
• Provide assistance in closing the transaction
• Present at public meetings when required
