Community Crisis System Mapping & Implementation
State of Alaska Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health
Buyer is seeking a contractor to develop community crisis system mapping and implementation for both youth and adults in three of its nine 1115 Behavioral Health Demonstration Waiver Regions. The project aims to build intra and inter-systems bridges for coordinated crisis care. The selected contractor will facilitate discussions among regional stakeholders, create visual maps of crisis systems, and establish collaboration between crisis service providers. The work will result in detailed processes for regional crisis response and referrals using the Crisis Now Model.

- Develop visual maps showing crisis service systems using Crisis Now model
- Create memorandums of agreement between 988/Crisis Call Centers and providers
- Form regional crisis committees with law enforcement and community representatives
- Develop a crisis services webpage with regional information
- Identify crisis service gaps and local/regional solutions
- Submit monthly reports with discussion summaries and metrics
- Establish crisis community facilitators to sustain discussions after funding ends
