• Develop phased marketing program for OCWR Greenery Material over 2-3 years
• Market and sell finished organic products from three Greenery Compost Facilities
• Manage customer invoicing and collections for all sales
• Provide logistics and transportation support for product sales
• Deliver monthly sales reports meeting SB 1383 Procurement requirements
• Develop logistics network to reduce freight costs
• Establish sustainable market outlets for finished products
• Provide operational input and recommendations for composting facilities
• Develop comprehensive initial work plan and operational review
• Document carbon credits that meet VERRA VM 42 standards
