The buyer seeks to build a network of consultants to provide technical assistance for energy efficiency, electrification, and emissions reduction across New York State. Consultants will focus on existing commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural buildings. The buyer aims to support achievement of Climate Act goals and incorporate climate resiliency into recommendations. Selected consultants will receive agreements valid through 2031 with a possible two-year extension.

• Proposers must employ a minimum of one licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

• Conduct energy and decarbonization analysis for commercial, industrial, institutional, and agriculture customers
• Perform energy audits and feasibility studies
• Develop energy and decarbonization master plans
• Design energy efficient, resilient, low emissions systems
• Provide commissioning and construction management services
• Conduct climate risk assessments and resiliency planning
• Support NYSERDA with program design, development, and technical review
• Perform measurement and verification services
• Analyze and design heat pump and heat pump readiness projects
• Provide owner's representative services for energy projects
