The consultant will guide the implementation from planning through post-deployment support, including needs assessment, stakeholder collaboration, and change management. • Documented learning management system consulting experience
• Experience implementing various LMS platforms (Absorb, Auzmor, Cypher, Docebo, Totara)
• History of successful on-time, within-budget LMS implementations

• Conduct stakeholder needs assessment interviews
• Create detailed implementation plan and Gantt chart
• Liaise between organization and LMS vendor
• Set up multi-tenancy structure for 130 grantees
• Develop customized dashboards for each grantee organization
• Create user groups and content tagging systems
• Design comprehensive user acceptance testing strategy
• Develop administrator training materials
• Create train-the-trainer resources for sustainable knowledge transfer
• Establish post-deployment support framework
