Buyer seeks services to design, implement, and report on a rigorous evaluation of the California JusticeCorps program. The evaluation will assess the program's impact on both self-represented litigants and the AmeriCorps members who serve them. Buyer requires an experienced evaluator to implement a statewide evaluation plan at court sites in Los Angeles, Bay Area, and San Diego regions. • Design effective data collection tools for the evaluation

• Analyze effectiveness of hybrid service and training methods
• Conduct in-person observations at court sites in three regions
• Evaluate program impact on both community and members
• Present findings to JusticeCorps and Judicial Council stakeholders
• Submit progress reports and draft final evaluation study report
• Complete revisions and deliver final evaluation report
