Buyer seeks proposals for Credit Recovery and Multidivision Online Provider Learning Management Services. The solution will provide credit recovery courses for students in grades 9-12 and instructional services for students across grade levels. Buyer requires an intuitive, standards-aligned platform that supports personalized learning, provides detailed analytics, and enhances student engagement. The successful vendor must be an approved MOP by the Virginia Department of Education.

• Must be an approved Virginia Department of Education Multidivision Online Provider (MOP)
• Must provide Virginia-licensed teachers for instructional services
• Must comply with FERPA, COPPA, CIPA, and PPRA regulations

• Provide online credit recovery courses for grades 9-12
• Deliver instructional services with Virginia-licensed teachers of record
• Ensure alignment with Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL)
• Offer tutoring services (live or AI) for students
• Provide diagnostic assessments to identify student proficiency levels
• Deliver detailed reporting tools for tracking student progress
• Implement customized learning pathways for students
• Support IEP and 504 accommodations
• Provide multi-device compatibility including Chromebooks
• Offer 24/7 technical support via multiple channels
