The project encompasses deploying up to 38 Level 2 EV charging ports across 5-12 sites to support the County's goal of net-zero emissions by 2030. Vendor will provide turnkey services including site assessments, hardware, software, installation, and ongoing maintenance with at least 95% uptime requirement.

  • Previous experience with public sector EV charging projects
  • NRTL-certified (e.g., UL) charging equipment
  • Ability to provide load management and delayed charging
  • 24/7 support ticket submission capabilities
  • Design and plan EV charging infrastructure for 20-38 Level 2 ports
  • Conduct site assessments for 12 potential charging locations
  • Provide EVSE hardware meeting North American Charging Standards
  • Deliver charge management software with load management capabilities
  • Install and commission EV charging stations by December 2025
  • Provide engineering, design, and permitting services
  • Coordinate with utilities for electrical service
