The project encompasses deploying up to 38 Level 2 EV charging ports across 5-12 sites to support the County's goal of net-zero emissions by 2030. Vendor will provide turnkey services including site assessments, hardware, software, installation, and ongoing maintenance with at least 95% uptime requirement.

- Strong preference for EV Connect software compatibility
- Previous experience with public sector EV charging projects
- NRTL-certified (e.g., UL) charging equipment
- Ability to provide load management and delayed charging
- 24/7 support ticket submission capabilities
- Design and plan EV charging infrastructure for 20-38 Level 2 ports
- Conduct site assessments for 12 potential charging locations
- Provide EVSE hardware meeting North American Charging Standards
- Deliver charge management software with load management capabilities
- Install and commission EV charging stations by December 2025
- Provide engineering, design, and permitting services
- Coordinate with utilities for electrical service
- Maintain 95%+ uptime for charging stations
- Provide 24/7 customer service and maintenance support
- Deliver quarterly reports on maintenance and repairs
