Buyer seeks a vendor to provide data aggregation services for population health analysis and management. The vendor must bring best-in-class expertise to analyze demographic, medical, pharmacy, and provider data for approximately 572,000 self-funded members. Services include modern data analysis tools to provide summary and detail level reporting that can be used by the buyer's Board, Leadership and stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. The contract will have an initial term of forty-three months including three months for implementation.

• Five years experience providing data aggregation and population health analysis
• Experience integrating data from multiple TPAs and a PBM
• Provided services to at least one client with 100,000+ covered lives
• Valid third-party security certifications for all data centers
• Ability to optimize data with healthcare groupers and risk adjustments

• Ingest, standardize, and store member demographic, medical, pharmacy, and provider data
• Provide population health analysis using data visualization tools
• Create interactive dashboards with drilldown capabilities
• Integrate data from multiple systems and sources
• Group claims by disease state, risk score, surgical category
• Identify cost savings opportunities through cohort analyses
• Incorporate AI tools for advanced data analysis
• Maintain 99% system availability
• Support data transfer to Plan Partners as needed
• Provide training and ongoing support for Plan staff
