Buyer seeks a vendor to conduct health promotion advertising campaigns for various health topics utilizing bus, billboard, and/or mobile advertisements in Oakland County. The vendor will need to provide outdoor advertising services throughout Oakland County, Michigan. The contract will be awarded on an as-needed basis for advertising that promotes health services for the public, businesses, and educational communities.

• Develop health promotion advertising campaigns
• Provide advertising placement recommendations for maximum visibility
• Meet specific size requirements for bus and billboard ads
• Produce specialized outdoor advertising materials
• Track and report on advertising performance
• Maintain compliance with all County advertising standards
• Adapt advertisements for different outdoor media formats
• Suggest optimal advertising timeframes for health campaigns
• Provide discounts for multiple quantities when available
• Service all 62 cities, villages and townships in Oakland County
• Reach 1.2 million Oakland County residents with health messaging
