The consultant will evaluate contractor performance and conduct ongoing monitoring of health, dental, and mental health services at Monroe County Jail through audits and evaluations. Buyer operates two jail facilities, though only one currently houses inmates. Services include conducting on-site evaluations, analyzing staffing compliance, and providing consultation on medical service cases.

- Experience monitoring medical and mental health care provided by private contractor in institutional setting
- Conduct on-site audits of medical processes and procedures
- Provide written summary reports and chart audit data
- Monitor staffing to ensure minimum standards are met
- Analyze biweekly payroll for staffing requirement compliance
- Provide phone consultations for medical service cases
- Appear in court as needed for medical cases
- Evaluate contractor performance against NCCHC standards
- Monitor compliance with NY Commission of Corrections standards
- Be available for additional on-site visits as needed
- Submit staffing analysis reports to identify reimbursement needs
