Buyer seeks a qualified consultant to assess space capacity and utilization in Saskatchewan's post-secondary institutions. The consultant will evaluate current inventory across six regional colleges and three Indigenous institutions in approximately 30 communities. This assessment will identify space capacity, utilization, and opportunities for future health-related programming to support the Health Human Resources Action Plan. The final deliverable will help buyer make informed decisions about potential future distributed seat expansion locations.

- Develop a detailed facility audit report of health training facilities
- Analyze space utilization identifying over and underutilized areas
- Produce recommendations for optimization of existing health training spaces
- Create a project governance structure including stakeholder management
- Identify opportunities for future health-related programming expansion
- Assess approximately 30 communities across 9 institutions
- Conduct current state assessment of health training infrastructure
- Develop data-driven recommendations for future infrastructure development
- Deliver preliminary and final comprehensive assessment reports
