• Oversee analysis of pedestrian infrastructure across Norwalk River and train tracks
• Develop and implement community outreach strategy with public meetings
• Conduct RFQ process to select subject matter experts in economic/environmental infrastructure
• Coordinate with stakeholders including Town of Wilton and transportation authorities
• Analyze property options for connecting Route 7 to residential neighborhoods
• Assess environmental impacts including flood plain considerations
• Evaluate regulatory requirements and approval processes
• Perform cost-benefit analysis of various route options
• Prepare comprehensive report with findings and recommendations
• Present results to DECD and project partners
