Buyer seeks consulting firms to provide stormwater improvement projects and ancillary services on a basic ordering agreement basis. Buyer will award up to four BOAs for an initial twelve-month period with potential renewal for three additional periods. Task orders will support various stormwater projects including stream restoration, flood mitigation, and green infrastructure. The fee for any single project may not exceed $2.5 million.
