Mediation Services for Marion County Prosecutor's Office Child Support

Buyer seeks a qualified consultant to provide mediation services for resolving Title IV-D and family law issues for parents involved in open child support cases. The mediator will help parents resolve their issues without additional court time. Cases will be selected by the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney who will request the court order the parties to mediation. Buyer projects approximately 125 cases to be referred to this program each year.

• 4/16/2025 - Written Questions Due Date
• 5/2/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Minimum 10 years experience in mediation
• Must be Indiana Licensed Attorney in Good Standing
• No felony convictions or convictions for theft/dishonesty
• Must not owe child support obligations
• Must be a Registered Mediator

• Conduct mediations for Title IV-D child support cases
• Resolve family law issues for parents with open Title IV-D cases
• Prepare mediated agreements for successful sessions
• File status reports with the court on mediation outcomes
• Provide separate rooms for parties when needed
• Accommodate foreign language speakers during mediations
• Maintain confidentiality of all personal case information
• Send notices to court with mediation outcomes
• Conduct 3-4 hour mediation sessions
• Provide monthly summary reports on all case status
