• Have no record of unsatisfactory performance with SEC

• Manage City's investment portfolio with discretionary authority
• Provide monthly credit analyses of investment instruments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investment reports
• Attend quarterly Investment Advisory Committee meetings
• Perform broker/dealer due diligence
• Review and contribute to Statement of Investment Policy updates
• Establish appropriate performance benchmarks for investment portfolio
• Coordinate with third-party custodian for safekeeping of securities
• Develop strategies to minimize portfolio risk while maximizing return
• Ensure portfolio compliance with applicable policies and laws
