Buyer seeks a benefits consulting firm to provide Employee Benefit and Consulting Services. Buyer needs a trusted broker/advisor to help manage plan fiduciary duties and benefit management functions. Buyer wants an experienced, transparent and proactive advisor who can help plan managers with their specific duties in an unbiased fashion. The contract period is for one year with the possibility of two additional one-year renewals.

• Licensed to do business in all applicable states
• Proof of E&O Coverage set at $2,000,000
• Expertise and resources to provide Employee Benefit Advisor services
• Sufficient staffing resources for timely service
• Qualified staff available to provide specialized technical expertise

• Provide strategic health analytics and population health management
• Develop a health services procurement strategy benefiting plan members
• Conduct fiduciary procurement process for pharmacy benefit manager
• Analyze plan documents for gag clauses and other deficiencies
• Strategically procure and utilize stop loss to limit risk
• Work with commercial health plans and directly with provider groups
• Implement document management for compliant amendments
• Evaluate digital health assets for plan integration
• Identify and disclose all forms of compensation
• Provide ongoing plan performance monitoring and claims analysis
