Buyer seeks a qualified organization to provide wraparound services for McKinney Vento K-12 students experiencing housing insecurity. Services will help identify and connect students and families to impactful resources that reduce barriers to learning. The provider will assist with securing permanent housing, addressing health and wellness needs, and connecting families to local agencies. Services will operate from April 2025 to September 2025 and aim to improve students' educational experiences.

• Experience providing wraparound services to families with complex needs
• Cultural awareness and inclusivity training
• Capacity to work with diverse bilingual families from different backgrounds
• Qualified staff experienced in case management

• Provide housing support for students experiencing housing insecurity
• Connect families to food assistance resources
• Assist with clothing needs for McKinney Vento students
• Coordinate transportation to and from school with PPSD-FACE Office
• Make referrals for health and wellness services
• Maintain biweekly meetings with FACE staff for updates
• Provide case management support and follow up on referrals
• Co-host McKinney Vento support information sessions
• Address concerns connecting families to offered resources
• Complete monthly progress monitoring reports with pre/post surveys
