Buyer is requesting proposals for Professional Consultant Services to be utilized district-wide on an as-needed basis. The purpose is to create a list of pre-vetted, responsive, and responsible vendors. Buyer intends to award multiple vendors under this RFP. Services may include motivational, instructional, or parental consulting targeting students, teachers, administrators, or parents.

• 4/24/2025 - Deadline for Questions
• 5/1/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/20/2025 - Tentative Board Meeting/Award
• 5/20/2025 - Estimated Contract Period Start

• Must be a well-established organization
• Must have adequate trained personnel to ensure quality
• Must complete services within specified time period
• Must provide criminal history background checks

• Provide general consulting services for district-wide needs
• Deliver professional development and training for staff
• Develop specialized instructional programs or materials
• Conduct motivational, instructional, or parental sessions
• Create customized training materials and resources
• Offer services targeting students, teachers, administrators, or parents
• Submit required documentation including insurance certificates
• Attend in-person meetings as needed
• Complete background checks for all staff working with district
• Comply with all state and federal education regulations
