Northside Independent School District

Buyer requests proposals for professional development services across multiple educational domains including special education, physical education, gifted and talented programs, family engagement, and bilingual services. Buyer seeks qualified vendors to provide specialized training and related materials districtwide. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Services required shall be determined solely by the needs of the district with no guaranteed minimum amount of work.

• Must provide proof of required licenses and certifications
• Must not be debarred or suspended from doing business
• Must have financial condition to provide services
• Must comply with insurance requirements
• Must comply with criminal background check requirements

• Provide professional development in special education
• Deliver training in physical education programs
• Conduct professional development for gifted and talented programs
• Facilitate family engagement training and services
• Offer bilingual education professional development
• Supply related educational materials for all program areas
• Develop customized training based on district needs
• Present workshops for district staff
• Create learning resources aligned with state standards
• Provide ongoing implementation support and coaching
