Buyer is seeking a contractor to provide graphics and signage services for the Randolph Sheppard Vending Facilities Program. The project involves creating, producing, and potentially installing various signage and graphic materials. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period with four one-year option periods potentially available. Tasks will be ordered on an as-needed basis through purchase orders not exceeding $75,000 in a 12-month period.

• Design custom signage for Randolph Sheppard Vending Facilities Program
• Create graphics for marketing and promotional materials
• Produce ADA-compliant signage with appropriate accessibility features
• Fabricate durable indoor/outdoor signs with weather-resistant materials
• Install signage at designated locations throughout facilities
• Develop wayfinding and directional signage systems
• Create branding elements following agency style guidelines
• Produce large format printing for displays and exhibits
• Design digital graphics for electronic displays
• Provide mockups and proofs before final production
