• Five years experience designing and conducting implicit bias training
• Five years experience working with diverse communities in disability services
• Five years experience working with government agencies and community organizations
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Ability to provide statewide training to all regional centers

• Develop statewide implicit bias training curriculum
• Deliver in-person and virtual training to regional centers
• Create tools for attendance tracking and real-time reporting
• Evaluate training effectiveness
• Provide consultation on addressing implicit biases
• Develop quantitative and qualitative outcome measures
• Create actionable recommendations to reduce institutional biases
• Ensure compliance with ADA and Section 508 requirements
• Coordinate with ARCA on utilizing learning management system
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up training
