Buyer transports approximately 45,000 students daily across 140 schools using 992 buses and 750 routes. The solution must be web-hosted with integration to existing district systems including Active Directory and Infinite Campus.

- Implement web-hosted routing and planning system with GPS integration
- Provide fleet metric systems for vehicle diagnostics and monitoring
- Develop parent/student notification system with real-time bus tracking
- Implement student ridership tracking with RFID functionality
- Provide time and attendance module with MUNIS integration
- Integrate with district's Active Directory for authentication
- Import student data from Infinite Campus Student Information System
- Develop secure portal for parents and school staff
- Provide training for transportation staff on system use
- Establish vehicle maintenance tracking and reporting capabilities
