The buyer is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to manage and operate its childcare center. The selected vendor will provide high-quality childcare services for children of CSUSM students, faculty, staff and campus community. The center must adhere to the buyer's operational, educational, safety, and community engagement standards. The vendor will be responsible for daily operations, staffing, curriculum development, facility management, and compliance with regulations.

• Manage daily operations of childcare center from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Hire, train, and retain qualified staff
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with standards and CSUSM's philosophy
• Maintain childcare facility in clean, safe, and functional state
• Obtain and maintain necessary childcare licenses and permits
• Provide practicum placements for CSUSM students
• Manage center's budget and establish tuition rates
• Develop parent advisory committee and foster community engagement
• Oversee and manage drop-off care services
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
