Buyer seeks an established agency to provide comprehensive enrollment student search services. Buyer requires a three-tiered search program including supplemental senior search, junior search, and sophomore search to grow their inquiry pool. Buyer aims to increase applications, improve yield rates, and analyze campaign performance through multiple list sources. Buyer currently has an undergraduate enrollment of 4,172 students and seeks to enroll 850 new first-year students.

• At least five years in executing Student Search
• At least five higher education clients, preferably public institutions
• Provide case studies/metrics for at least two higher education clients
• Ability to deliver real-time analytics and electronic reporting
• Minimum of two conference calls with client monthly
• Ability to work with Target X CRM
• Preference for all work to be performed in-house

• Develop comprehensive student search strategy
• Create tiered search program for senior, junior, and sophomore students
• Design creative content for digital marketing campaigns
• Execute search campaigns through multiple list sources
• Provide real-time analytics and detailed reporting
• Integrate with Target X CRM system
• Analyze campaign performance and conversion rates
• Conduct strategy meetings before and after campaign launch
• Deliver segmented messaging for different geographic targets
• Grow WCSU's inquiry pool to 24,000-25,000 prospects
