• 10 years experience in CPA services for principals
• 7 years experience auditing Community Development Districts
• Independence from the Districts being audited
• Experience performing Single Audits
• Current peer review with quality control approval
• Professional membership in accounting organizations
• Adequate continuing professional education for audit staff

• Audit financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Evaluate internal controls and compliance with regulations
• Issue reports on fair presentation of financial statements
• Test and report on compliance with Government Auditing Standards
• Prepare management letter identifying deficiencies and recommendations
• Perform Single Audit for federal and state funding
• Conduct sampling and analytical procedures for substantive testing
• Document understanding of internal control structure
• Verify compliance with investment of public funds requirements
• Ensure corrective actions address previous audit findings
