Buyer seeks an authorized Microsoft Certified Channel Reseller for procurement of Microsoft Volume Licensing Software. This software will be purchased through the Microsoft Framework, specifically the Campus and School Agreement. The contract will have an initial two-year term with option to extend for three additional one-year terms. Buyer requires the vendor to provide complete product lines supporting all mandatory requirements and work closely with constituent institutions.

• Authorized Microsoft Certified Channel Reseller
• Minimum three years experience as Higher Education Certified Channel Reseller
• Managed minimum two Framework/Consortia Agreements in past three years

• Provide Microsoft Volume Licensing Software through Microsoft Framework
• Serve as authorized Microsoft Certified Channel Reseller
• Schedule virtual/in-person meetings for contract renewal process
• Provide quotes within 48 business hours of request
• Support Microsoft Campus and School Agreement enrollments
• Submit required documentation for Microsoft licensing
• Resolve reporting discrepancies with Microsoft
• Provide sales assistance at all UNC locations
• Attend and participate in UNC CAUSE conference
• Generate contract usage reports for institutions
