Buyer seeks a contractor to design, construct, and install trail system information kiosks throughout Bethel Village. The project involves creating three small kiosks, retrofitting two existing kiosks, and building one new large kiosk. This initiative is funded by Bethel's VOREC Grant to improve the village's multi-use trail system accessibility and connectivity. All kiosks will feature maps and information panels to enhance wayfinding for the Bethel Greenlinks trail system.

• Experience with similar kiosk construction projects
• Ability to complete project within specified timeframe
• Access to required equipment for project completion
• Demonstrated previous work of similar nature

• Design, construct and install three small kiosks with maps
• Retrofit two existing kiosks with maps and information panels
• Construct and install one new large kiosk
• Create painted PVC background panels for all kiosks
• Print information and maps on aluminum composite panels
• Install kiosks at six specific locations in Bethel Village
• Provide cutout acrylic for 'Town of Bethel' option
• Design layered top curve option for kiosks
• Create wooden or metal painted blade signs
• Coordinate with Dig Safe before beginning site work
• Complete all kiosk work by August 1, 2025
• Ensure all installations meet MUTCD, OSHA regulations
• Provide warranty for materials and workmanship
• Install at locations including downtown, parks, and school
• Create wayfinding information for village trail system
• Design kiosks similar to Waterbury, Vermont models
• Support multi-use trail system accessibility improvements
• Create mobility-challenged accessible information displays
• Install two painted mounting posts for each kiosk
• Incorporate town-provided print-ready branding artwork
