Buyer seeks Community Based Organizations to provide Universal Pre-Kindergarten services for the 2025-2026 school year. The program aims to strengthen cognitive, literacy, motor, and interpersonal skills of pre-kindergarten students. Buyer requires adherence to NYS regulations, implementation of Pre-Kindergarten curriculum, and collaboration with the school district. Services include daily instruction, assessments, parent engagement, and staff development.

• 4/30/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/31/2025 - Selection of UPK sites

• Eligible agency as child day care center, group/family day care home, or preschool special education provider
• Certified through DDS or New York State Education Department
• Provide appropriately certified teachers for UPK Program
• Adhere to staffing requirements according to NYS regulations

• Provide daily UPK instruction for 180 days within district calendar
• Conduct screenings and assessments as required by NYS UPK grant
• Deliver NYS Pre-Kindergarten curriculum across all developmental domains
• Maintain daily attendance records and submit monthly to district
• Schedule and conduct parent conferences for progress reporting
• Attend regularly scheduled staff development sessions
• Work collaboratively with Special Education providers
• Encourage parental involvement in program activities
• Develop procedures for handling severe life-threatening allergies
• Monitor and maintain district-provided materials and supplies
