Buyer seeks a qualified contractor to expand the behavioral health continuum of care for Ohio's children, youth and families. Buyer aims to modernize care delivery, prioritize youth in custody of children's services, and prevent custody relinquishment for families. The contractor will implement a Center of Excellence approach to assist with system transformation efforts. Services include training, fidelity reviews, technical assistance, and professional development across multiple evidence-based practices.

• Conduct fidelity reviews of evidence-based models including High-Fidelity Wraparound
• Provide training for practices serving children with complex behavioral health needs
• Deliver organization and system-level implementation support and technical assistance
• Create professional development opportunities for service providers
• Develop telehealth capacity and health information technology support
• Implement quality improvement processes across multiple system initiatives
• Maintain administrative infrastructure including website and learning management systems
• Develop evaluation infrastructure to monitor behavioral health service outcomes
• Deploy strategic marketing and communications tailored to local communities
• Support cross-system transformation efforts with multiple state departments
