  • Provide analysis and actionable recommendations for project health
  • Assess software in context of operational environment
  • Review key project deliverables from multiple partners
  • Verify and validate organizational change and training
  • Identify risks associated with pension modernization implementation
  • Provide effective risk mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate effective communication between vendors and state personnel
  • Aid in ensuring new solutions meet defined business needs
