- Delaware license(s) and/or certification(s) necessary to perform services
- Proof of insurance as identified in the RFP
- Completion of at least two U.S. state/county/city government IV&V projects
- Verify system requirements are correctly defined in future RFPs
- Validate the system is positioned to be correctly implemented
- Provide analysis and actionable recommendations for project health
- Assess software in context of operational environment
- Review key project deliverables from multiple partners
- Verify and validate organizational change and training
- Identify risks associated with pension modernization implementation
- Provide effective risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate effective communication between vendors and state personnel
- Aid in ensuring new solutions meet defined business needs
