The buyer is seeking proposals to present technical and advanced in-service training to experienced law enforcement officers. The training should focus specifically on law enforcement and be exportable to Connecticut. Proposals are requested for Human Relations training at basic, intermediate, or advanced levels. The contract will be for a two-year period with an option to extend.

• 1/16/2025 - Release Date of RFP
• 3/31/2025 - Deadline for submitting questions
• 4/9/2025 - Release date for agency to answer questions
• 4/30/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/29/2025 - Estimated date for selecting proposals
• 7/1/2025 - Estimated date for start of work

• Experience, education or training in law enforcement appropriate to the proposal
• Specialized knowledge, skills or training in law enforcement appropriate to the proposal

• Develop and deliver advanced in-service training for experienced law enforcement officers
• Present technical training to officers of all ranks and assignments
• Design curriculum focused specifically on law enforcement, not recruit level courses
• Provide exportable training courses to be delivered in Connecticut
• Offer training at basic, intermediate, or advanced levels in Human Relations
