The training must be focused specifically on law enforcement and exportable to Connecticut. The buyer requires assistance in developing, delivering, and evaluating training for state and municipal police officers. The contract period is for two years with an option to extend.

• 3/31/2025 - Deadline for submitting questions
• 4/9/2025 - Release date for agency to answer questions
• 4/30/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/29/2025 - Estimated date for selecting proposals
• 7/1/2025 - Estimated date for start of work

• Experience, education or training, or specialized knowledge, skills or training of law enforcement, appropriate to the proposal

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training for state and municipal police officers
• Present technical and advanced in-service training to experienced law enforcement officers
• Provide exportable training courses focused specifically on law enforcement
• Offer training in practical police skills at basic, intermediate, or advanced levels
• Design courses for experienced officers of all ranks and assignments
