• Experience, education or training, or specialized knowledge, skills or training of law enforcement, appropriate to the proposal

• Develop advanced in-service training programs for experienced law enforcement officers
• Deliver exportable training courses in Connecticut
• Evaluate training provided to state and municipal police officers
• Present technical and advanced training to officers of all ranks and assignments
• Focus on law enforcement-specific training programs
• Provide training in the Police and the Law (Area 200) category
• Offer basic, intermediate, or advanced level in-service training
• Maintain compliance with Connecticut Human Rights and Opportunities statutes
• Submit detailed proposals following the established submission schedule
• Provide supporting course materials for proposed training programs
