Buyer is seeking qualified firms to develop Redwood City's 2025 Urban Water Management Plan in accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act. The plan must be adopted and submitted to the California Department of Water Resources prior to July 1, 2026. Buyer supplies water to approximately 90,500 people through roughly 24,000 service connections in Redwood City, unincorporated areas of San Mateo County, and portions of San Carlos and Woodside. Buyer is one of 28 wholesale customers purchasing water from the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

- Conduct workshops with internal City departments
- Update Water Shortage Contingency Plan
- Incorporate legislative changes to UWMP Act
- Evaluate water demand projection worksheet (additive task)
